And Location can be selected from major Metros or all the Regions in a State. Optional Search Criteria can include only the top Property Features or all the Property Features. Basically, Search Criteria can be based on tbe basic features or advanced features. Move-In Date is the date of approximate date of moving into the new Property. And it is optional.

Homes can be Searched by City or Zip or Regions or Name or MLS# or All. If the City and State are known, then Search by City. If the Zipcode and State are known, then Search by Zip. If the City or Zipcode are not known or multiple Citys needed to be selected, then Search by Regions. If the Home Name or Community Name is know, then use Search by Name. If MLS# of a Property or Home is known, then search by MLS#. If Search by information is not available, then Search by All options.
